At mritleb, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original condition.
- Products must be in original packaging with all tags included.
- Any item damaged due to misuse or missing parts may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Hygiene-sensitive goods (if applicable).
3. How to Request a Return
- If purchased through our website, submit your request via your account.
- If purchased through another channel, contact us via WhatsApp or the same channel where you bought the item.
- Provide your order details and reason for return.
- Wait for approval confirmation.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for such cases.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours, provide photos as proof, and we will cover replacement or refund.
