  • Composition: A one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane prepolymer foam.
  • Expansion: It is an expandable foam, often expanding up to 32 times its initial volume to fill voids efficiently.
  • Adhesion: Provides excellent bonding to most common building materials, including wood, concrete, metal, masonry, and PVC (but generally not polyethylene, polypropylene, or Teflon).
  • Insulation: Offers high thermal and acoustic insulation, helping to block air, dust, water, and noise.
  • Curing: Cures in response to moisture from the air, typically becoming tack-free in minutes and fully cured within 24 hours.
  • Durability: Once cured, the foam is rigid, durable, waterproof, mould-proof, and resistant to temperature changes (typically -40°C to +80°C).
  • Finish: The cured foam can be cut, sanded, and painted.
Common Applications
This type of PU foam is widely used for:
  • Installing, fixing, and insulating door and window frames.
  • Filling and sealing gaps, cracks, joints, and cavities in walls, floors, and roofs.
  • Sealing penetrations around pipes, electrical outlets, and AC ducts.
  • Improving the energy efficiency of homes by sealing air leaks.
Usage Instructions
  1. Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean and slightly moistened to improve adhesion and speed up curing.
  2. Application: Shake the can well (around 20-30 times) before use.
  3. Dispensing: Hold the can upside down and press the valve to dispense the foam. The foam flow can be controlled by varying the pressure on the adapter/trigger.
  4. Cleanup: Fresh (uncured) foam can be cleaned with a foam cleaner or thinner; cured foam must be removed mechanically.
  5. Storage: The can should be stored upright in a cool, dry place to maintain shelf life.
